Instructions for use; 

Heat Press
120c
12 seconds
medium pressure
Cold peel the carrier with one smooth motion

Iron
Two dot setting (NO STEAM)
12 seconds
Cold peel the carrier with one smooth motion

Always use release paper (or baking paper).
Wait 48 hours before washing.
